Payment
When purchasing online, it is essential that the shipping and billing address associated with the payment card match. This is in order to protect our customers and ourselves from fraudulent activity. We are unable to deliver to a PO Box.
All online transactions will be made through our online partner, PayPal. Payments can be made using all major credit and debit cards and through PayPal. We do not store any customers’ bank details.
Our in-store payment provider is Worldpay.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free of charge on items over £500 shipped to UK addresses. We have a flat shipping rate of £10 for items under £500 shipped to UK addresses and £20 for items shipped to many international territories. There are certain places that we are unable to ship to, and others where shipping costs may exceed those quoted. We will contact you if this applies to the country you wish to have your items sent to.
Goods are shipped using Royal Mail Special Delivery and must be signed for upon delivery. You may be liable to pay local taxes on imported goods and it is your responsibility to ensure these are paid if applicable. Usually your country will have a website or customs office providing you with the relevant rates, and it is your responsibility to check your obligations in relation to local taxes.
Upon receipt of payment we will aim to have your items shipped within 3 working days. Each item will be sent to you by a secure, trackable and signed for delivery service and will be fully insured throughout its journey to you. Delivery time will vary according to the destination. We aim to deliver to UK addresses within 24-48 hours, to Europe within 3-5 working days, and worldwide within 5-7 working days of payment clearing.
Returns
We offer a full refund on all items returned to us in their original, unaltered condition. If you decide that you do not want any item you have purchased, you will have fourteen days for your items to be returned to us. Please notify us before returning an item.
You will be responsible for return shipping costs, insurance and any duties incurred. All items must be in the same condition as when they were purchased. If rings have been resized a £50 fee will apply. For non-standard ring sizings e.g. eternity rings, the fee may be more.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected. Returned items should be marked as ‘Return of sample merchandise, origin UK, item over 100 years old’ on packaging to avoid any return customs fees. If items are not marked as such any return fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. If there are any charges incurred for returned items that are out of our control, such as import duties, then these will be deducted from the refund amount.
