Vintage 18 carat gold ring set with a central oval cut ruby & old mine cut diamonds to either side. In a heavy rub over ‘gypsy’ style setting. Ruby approximately .75pts, diamonds approximately .14pts each. Weight 7.12 grams.
All rings can be sized to fit (currently size M).
